Advisor, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources

The Advisor, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources will play a key role in the rapid growth of Innovaderm. The Advisor will lead talent acquisition mandates for specialized positions by using innovative attraction strategies, offering a stellar candidate experience and providing valuable coaching and support to hiring managers. He/she contributes to a positive employee experience by leading the new hire onboarding and by acting as a key contact for employee questions. He/she contributes to projects related to employee engagement and the efficiency of the HR department. The Advisor works with passionate professionals who are inspired by science and dedicated to have a positive impact on people affected by dermatology conditions.

Talent acquisition


  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for specialized positions.
  • Establish trust-based relationships with managers and candidates.
  • Develop attractive job postings.
  • Use sourcing techniques to find top talent.
  • Establish a talent pool for key positions and maintain a network of passive candidates.
  • Act as an Ambassador of Innovaderm’s culture.
  • Efficiently lead pre-screen interviews.
  • Lead selection interviews in collaboration with hiring managers, support them in decision-making.
  • Offer an exceptional candidate experience supporting the employer brand.

Human Resources

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding.
  • Offer great support to employees by answering any HR-related questions.
  • Contribute to the HR projects based on skills and interests, such as: the implementation of an HRMS, an external benchmark of our compensation practices, measuring engagement through pulse surveys, and much more.
  • Participate in the review of policies, practices and tools in a context of rapid international growth.






  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in a relevant discipline



  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition in a specialized professional environment;
  • Experience in life sciences or in a complex and regulated industry is a strong asset;
  • Experience in sourcing


Knowledge and skills

  • Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to grow in your career;
  • Managing priorities, capacity to handle several projects at the same time;
  • Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Autonomy and initiative;
  • Intermediate or advanced level in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
