Coordinator, study start up


We are hiring a Coordinator, study start up!


More specifically, the Coordinator, start of study :

  • Participates in the identification of investigators and research sites to increase the investigator database.
  • Updates the investigator database.
  • Contacts potential sites and investigators identified by the Specialist, study start up and patient recruitment to confirm their interest in participating in clinical trials.
  • Obtains the confidentiality agreement of the interested sites.
  • Coordinates the preparation, sending, and collection of completed feasibility questionnaires by the sites using templates approved by the Specialist, study start up and patient recruitment
  • Coordinates the review by the Specialist, study start up and patient recruitment, the feasibility questionnaires completed by the sites and saves the documentation on the network.
  • Maintains and develops a productive and professional relationship with research sites and project teams.
  • Participates in meetings with project managers and / or clients as needed to assist the Specialist, study start up and patient recruitment.


REQUIRED PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to clinical research or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of good clinical practice, ICH standards and applicable regulations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
  • Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written.
  • Strong ability to carry out different concurrent projects well, to organize work efficiently, and to work under pressure within deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in customer service.
