Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Coordinator


The Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Coordinator works with the Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Specialist and Manager in supporting centralized and site advertisement campaign and supporting clinical team with recruitment of patients.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Coordinator:

  • Supports the Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Specialist in preparing patient recruitment strategies options to be presented at Kick Off meetings
  • Participates in developing the project level recruitment strategy plan
  • Participates in developing the sites recruitment plan study template and ensures customization of this plan with each site
  • Supports the Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Specialist in the creation of enrolment trackers with recruitment projections using CTMS or other system/tracker
  • Participates in monitoring the progression of subject enrolment to ensure target can be achieved and supports the Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Specialist in proposing improvements in recruitment strategies, as necessary, in collaboration with the Project Manager and/or clinical team
  • Assists clinical team by communicating with clinical sites to gather information on enrollment status and challenges
  • When applicable, and with the support of the Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Specialist offers guidance to sites on ways to achieve their recruitment target using their advertisement budget
  • Supports the Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Specialist in creating and designing images and script advertisements for studies, in respect of Media’s and appropriate ethics committee’s current guidelines
  • Coordinates global advertisement IRB submission and approval process
  • Supports the Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Specialist in placing ads on social media and traditional media for centralized campaign
  • Monitors and compiles web, email, and social networking analytics to be used to assess advertisement strategies efficacy. Supports the Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Specialist in identifying changes and improvements if needed
  • Supports the Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Specialist in answering subjects’ requests received online
  • Participates in management of online presence and online advertisement
  • Tracks project publicity budgets and invoicing
  • Ensures that all project relevant documentation is sent for filing in eTMF and archiving
  • Supports the Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Specialist in managing the content, organization and appearance of Innovaderm patients and Investigators website for the CRO
  • Supports the Patient Recruitment and Advertisement Specialist in the development, troubleshooting, testing and launch of new web and online platforms for the CRO

 

Education

  • BA/BS required, preferably in Communications or related field

 

Experience 

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or CRO industry

 

Knowledge and skills

  • Good knowledge of good clinical practice, ICH standards and applicable regulations
  • Website publishing experience is an asset
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, content management systems
  • Adobe Captivate, Illustrator, Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and Photoshop experience is an asset
  • WebTrends, Google Analytics or other analytics platform (Spredfast, Brandwatch) experience preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in web governance and digital media is an asset
  • Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written
  • Problem solving skills, and great attention to details
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
