The Senior Manage, Patient Recruitment leads the team in improving overall patient recruitment and retention. He oversees the activities of the Patient Recruitment Strategist(s) and Coordinator(s) to ensure appropriate support is provided to the study teams for recruitment strategies. In this role, the Patient Recruitment Senior Manager will be the primary contact to the Project Manager for the management, execution and timely delivery of tactics for patient and site-facing initiatives in support of a clinical trial. He tracks enrollment, prepares reports for senior management including suggestions for contingency plans for studies that are not meeting recruitment objectives. The Senior Manager, Patient Recruitment will ensure executed strategies meet sponsor compliance guidelines and are delivered on time and within budget. He is also responsible for maintaining the library of tools, strategies and quality standards for effective strategy development, for determining strategic goals and objectives for Patient Recruitment and ensuring alignment with senior management priorities and for leading strategic initiatives and working with leadership across functional groups to develop implementation plans.
