Sales and Marketing Coordinator


The Sales and marketing coordinator will be asked to support activities related to sales and business development. He will also be asked to analyze the needs and expectations of our customers and business partners in order to develop appropriate marketing and communication strategies. He will also participate in reviewing the visibility strategy to reach the target audiences of Innovaderm.

B to B
Target audience: Client / Sponsor

 

  • Works with the Business development team on branding strategies for Innovaderm customers.
  • Actively participates in the management of external corporate communications and content development (newsletter, convention, etc.).
  • Analyzes and proposes web strategies to improve and increase Innovaderm’s visibility with its customers, including search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Provides support for the development of all content or communication material for customer events in which Innovaderm could take part.
  • Provides support for logistical aspects of dermatology conferences
  • Is constantly on the lookout and keeps abreast of new trends in marketing, communication and web strategies.
  • Animates social media with the sponsor clientele.
  • Participates in data entry, in updates and in the elaboration of business development tools and systems (eg: CRM)
  • Develops data collection tools, analyzes the results and makes recommendations based on voice of customer (eg, satisfaction surveys).
  • Participates in the selection and development of marketing and promotional material.
  • Performs other related duties to support the Business development team.

 

Target Audience: Research Sites

 

  • Participates in the reflection exercises and recasting of Innovaderm's positioning for partner clinical sites.
  • Develops data collection tools, analyzes the results and makes recommendations to promote the "Innovaderm experience" to clinical partner sites (eg, survey expectations or satisfaction surveys).
  • Ensures the deployment of internal and external positioning regarding the partnership culture with the sites.

 

B to C
Target Audience: Research Participants

 

  • Contributes to the writing of articles for the website and social media as well as the design of communication tools, in collaboration with the specialist, web and advertising placement.Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline;

 

PROFILE

  • Science studies an asset;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and / or communication or any other experience deemed relevant;
  • Knowledge of marketing / business development, customer profile;
  • Knowledge of clinical research an asset;
  • Excellent ability to maintain interpersonal relationships;
  • Excellent communication and writing skills;
  • Perfectly bilingual (English and French), oral and written;
  • Mastery of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Knowledge and mastery of social media and other relevant tools and plateforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, WordPress, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Google analytics, google search controle, etc.);
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once;
  • Maintains and demonstrates at all times a positive, professional and customer service oriented attitude (internal and external);
  • Recognized for creativity, graphic design, innovation and initiative, and dynamism;
  • Flexibility, autonomy, sense of organization;
  • Action oriented.
