The Smartsheet Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining Smartsheet templates, workflows, and dashboards to help our organization streamline processes, improve efficiency, monetize products, and increase productivity.

More specifically, the Smartsheet Specialist must:

• Create and maintain Smartsheet templates, workflows, and dashboards to help our organization streamline processes, improve efficiency, monetize products, and increase productivity.
• Continuously monitor and optimize Smartsheet solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide technical support to end-users for Smartsheet-related issues.
• Conduct the analysis, design, programming, evaluation, testing and implementation of a complete Smartsheet solution for Clinical Trial Management.
• Works closely with key business stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical reporting solutions and business recommendations for current and future business needs.
• Configure/develop solutions in Smartsheet.
• Partner with process owners to identify and define requirements and deliver solutions that exceed user expectations

Education

• Smartsheet certification.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years Smartsheet experience.
• Smartsheet development and procedure writing experience.
• Experience with Pivots & Functional Design Documentation.
• Experience with Control Center, Data Shuttle and other modules.
• Experience working in validated environment.

Knowledge and skills

• Well-developed logical structuring approach to solving problems, framing ideas or developing plans.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Business Analysis skills essential.
• Good knowledge of good clinical practices, and applicable Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/guidelines.
