Specialist, Digital Marketing


As a Digital Marketing Specialist in our BD and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive leads and revenue growth for our clinical research and CRO services. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify target audiences, create engaging content, optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, and track performance metrics using industry-specific tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics. Additionally, you will manage the company's WordPress website and ensure that it is optimized for lead generation and user experience.

  • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, programmatic advertising, remarketing and display advertising.
  • You have proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • You are proficient in Google Analytics, with experience creating custom reports, analyzing data, and identifying insights to drive decision-making.

 

RESPONSABILITIES

 

More specifically, the Digital Marketing Specialist must:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, search engines, display advertising, SEM, and programmatic advertising to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify target audiences and create engaging ad copy and visuals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using industry-specific tools and platforms identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and A/B testing to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance and optimize spend.
  • Manage and optimize website content and develop an SEO strategy to improve search engine rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage the company's WordPress website, including updating content, plugins, and themes to ensure optimal website performance and user experience.
  • Create and manage SEM and remarketing campaigns across platforms with a focus on driving qualified leads and maximizing ROI.
  • Create and manage programmatic advertising and remarketing campaigns across platforms, with a focus on driving brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Work with third-party vendors such as graphic designers and web developers, to create digital assets and execute campaigns.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices in the clinical research and CRO industry and ultimately to incorporate them into our marketing strategies.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.

 

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in the clinical research and CRO industry.

 

Skills and knowledge

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, programmatic advertising, remarketing and display advertising.
  • Experience creating and managing programmatic advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Display Network and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on driving brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Experience creating and managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, with a focus on driving qualified leads and maximizing ROI.
  • Experience with industry-specific marketing tools and platforms such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, with experience creating custom reports, analyzing data, and identifying insights to drive decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience managing WordPress websites, including familiarity with themes, plugins, and content management.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, preferably Insightly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
