Quality Systems Assistant
About The Position
The Quality Assurance Assistant provide daily support in the management of training files and other administrative tasks related to the quality systems and third-parties audits/inspections.
More specifically, the Quality System Assistant must:
- Manage the training files of all employees and GxP consultants by collecting documents, managing the eTraining file and performing follow-up on any missing documents per internal procedure.
- Perform regular follow-ups for the corporate training activities compliance
- Schedule corporate and departmental training.
- Assist in the planification and setup of third-party audits (agenda, meal, conference room)
- Prepare documents supporting quality systems aspects (e.g., org.chart, vendor list).
- Help in the organization of departmental documentation.
- Can support requests during audits and inspections.
Employee may be assigned to other responsibilities that do not pertain to their former description, if they have the required experience, are qualified and/or have received adequate training.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High-school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in the pharma or research industry is an asset.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, autonomous and meticulous.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly growing environment and multi-tasking.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- English, written and spoken;
